MusicIP Mixer/Plug-ins: The MusicIP Mixer and plug-ins work by analyzing your music collection. As part of this process, information about your collection will be sent to our main servers. Additionally, recommendations may be retrieved from our servers based on selected or playing songs. No personal information is retained, and no activity is connected to your account - all processing is designed to ensure your anonymity.

Updates: In an effort to optimize our Site, products/services and user experience, from time to time we may provide automatic updates, fixes or support, as we deem appropriate.

Personal Information: We do not share your personal information with other companies. While we may use personal information (such as age, gender or personal usage data) to display advertising to registered users of the ad-supported version of the Service, we do not share personal information with our advertisers.

Legally Affiliated Entities: In the event that MusicIP is merged, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, Site or operations, MusicIP may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such transaction.
